Terms of Service

By creating an account or using THE SCORE football club ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase squares or receive payouts. The Service is not available where prohibited by law.

Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Squares, payments and payouts

• Square purchases are processed by Stripe. Once a square is paid and numbers are drawn, purchases are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Winnings are calculated based on the last digit of each team's score at the end of each quarter.
• Payouts are sent to the bank account you configure. You are responsible for any taxes owed on winnings.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for fraud, money laundering, harassment, or any unlawful activity. Do not attempt to interfere with the Service or other users' accounts.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
